"Negro" men and women were recruited to train as disk jockeys for Stanley W. Ray Jr's OK radio stations which were headquarted at 505 Baronne St. when this ad was run -- probably during the 1950s or early 1960s.  With stations throughout the south, WBOK broadcast out of New Orleans.
