The Lobby Library at 3420 North Causeway Boulevard) with Maurice Walsh, an unknown person, and Sallie Farell on its opening day in 1966. The Lobby branch was unique in that one placed an order for a book which was picked up from a central counter. In 2003 (after the Jefferson Parish Public Library moved its east bank headquarters to 4747 West Napoleon Avenue) the building was converted into the Causeway Head Start Center.
