Biddscheen

biddscheen (n.)
please, can also mean "here you are" when someone is giving or serving something.

I though that was an appropriate greeting (here you are) on this first day of the month of Octoberfest.

Other words which may come in handy:

aufmandeln (v.)
to aggrandise oneself, especially when you do not find any free seats in the beer tents.

Eha! (in.)
exclamation in astonishment, a versatile expression.

Eibrenn (n.)
roux, a traditional Bavarian sauce.

Zsammgsuffana (n.)
person with a bad reputation.

See the Oktoberfest Dictionary at http://www.oktoberfest.de/en/14/lexikon/index.php?lookfor=z&lang=en for others.
